Booking privacy notice

This notice explains the information used specifically by the Galerie Rberry services and booking site. It supplements the Galerie Rberry general Privacy Policy.

What the booking site receives

A direct booking includes your name, email, mobile number, optional Instagram handle, birth details, selected offering and time, intention, payment method, and policy consent. A bespoke inquiry includes your contact details and the intention you ask Raizza to review. Please share only what is relevant to the service and do not upload medical records or unrelated sensitive documents.

Payments and QR-payment screenshots

PayPal handles PayPal credentials and funding details; Galerie Rberry receives transaction references and payment status, not your PayPal password or full card details. If you choose GCash, UnionBank, or BPI QR payment, one screenshot is stored privately in Cloudflare R2 only so Raizza can compare it with the actual transfer. It is not public, is available only through the Access-protected owner desk, and is deleted from the booking system after Raizza confirms or rejects the proof once storage cleanup succeeds. A failed cleanup remains flagged for retry in the private owner desk.

Why the information is used

The information is used to check availability, prevent overbooking, review and prepare the requested work, confirm payment, communicate service details, keep an operational record, prevent abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests. It is not used to add you to marketing without a separate opt-in.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and private booking records; PayPal processes online payments; Resend sends transactional email; Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse; and private Google Calendar feeds provide availability. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Analytics, retention, and your choices

Privacy-focused traffic analytics may run on public information pages. They are disabled on private quotation and owner pages, and booking form answers are not sent as analytics events. Booking and inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, keep required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, in line with the general Privacy Policy. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable obligations.
